The accounts department is the hub of our operation and the staff are responsible for the daily handling and security of clients’ monies. The department is headed up by Finance Manager Anna McQuillan, who has looked after the financial side of the practice for a number of years. As a necessary and legal function of anti-money laundering regulations, Anna ensures that the relevant legislative requirements are in place and observed. We operate on-line banking facilities so that all funds can be in the right place at the right time. Our central accounting system maintains an up to date time record of all work carried out for clients so that information can be provided quickly in order to monitor that fees are charged at the correct and appropriate level. Anna will be your first port of calling in the event of any queries about payments and bills. We accept most forms of credit and debit cards for the settlement of bills and disbursements. Clients may use these facilities over the telephone if it is more convenient than calling into our offices.
