Andrew W Best – Partner, Head of Corporate and Commercial

Andrew read Law and French Law at Leicester and Strasbourg Universities, before qualifying as a solicitor in the Corporate department of a large international firm in 2001. Andrew moved to HSRLaw in May 2002 to focus, strengthen and develop HSRLaw’s Commercial department, eventually heading the department in May 2006.

Andrew has a strong and thorough understanding in a variety of corporate areas, earning the reputation in the business community as a specialist in care home sales and high value cross border share sales and purchases. A very pro-active, commercially minded and hands on solicitor, Andrew uses his practical experience to simplify and facilitate often complex deals to his clients and to add value to their business.

As department head, Andrew places great emphasis on teamwork, self development and training, believing that in this way HSRLaw is best placed to provide quality advice to its increasingly sophisticated multi national client base.
