David P E Davies LLB(Hons)
David is the Head of the Family Law Team at HSRLaw.  He graduated with a law degree from Bristol University and has been specialist family law solicitor for over 30 years.

David is absolutely dedicated to achieving the best outcome for all his clients.  He has an established reputation as a skilled and effective negotiator and advocate, whilst being approachable and caring towards his clients. 

David has extensive experience in all aspects of family law and in dealing with the often complicated financial issues which arise as well as children related matters. 

David is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and regularly acts for both parents and children.  He is also a member of Resolution, NAGALRO and the Association of Lawyers for Children.

David and the family team are supported by his very able and experienced PA Emma Peniston.
