Fabian Braithwaite – Partner, Head of Dispute Resolution

Fabian joined HSRLaw’s expanding Commercial Litigation department in September 2006 and became a Partner in the firm in March 2008.  He heads up the Litigation and Property Dispute departments and is a member of the employment law team.  

Fabian is qualified in the United States as well as in England and Wales.  He practiced law as an attorney in the United States for 7 years before qualifying as a Solicitor in England.  Fabian advises a number of businesses in a wide variety of industries.
