Kirstie Williamson

Kirstie was educated at Loughborough High School and the University of Leeds where she read Russian and English, thereafter spending twelve months teaching English at the University of Dnepropetrovsk in Ukraine.

Her background is in the accountancy profession, working for some years at the major international firm of Price Waterhouse Cooper in London, New York and Leeds, specializing in overseas personal tax issues.

Kirstie moved to Ernst & Young and moved into private client and trust work. She now specializes in trusts, inheritance and capital gains tax together with overseas tax and non-domicile issues. She qualified with the Association of Taxation Technicians in 1997 and the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners in 2007, more recently becoming an Independent Financial Advisor in 2008 and transferred into the legal profession in 2009 to head up our Trust and Estates team.
