Paul Russell
Paul joined HSRLaw’s expanding Commercial and Corporate department in June 2005 and qualified with the firm in November 2007, focusing on Commercial Law and Real Estate.

Working closely with David Harris and Andrew Best, Paul provides transactional support on large and complex commercial deals from both a corporate and property perspective. Paul has developed his own case load, specialising contentious boundary disputes, site acquisitions, disposals and leases for property developers, commercial landlords and tenants.

With a foot in each camp, in the larger transactions Paul bridges any overlap between the Commercial, Real Estate and Dispute Resolution teams ensuring all elements of the transaction are brought together.
