Russell Burnett – Real Estate

From 2002 Russell worked in the commercial property sector for large national/multi-national legal practices in Leeds before joining HSRLaw in April 2009. Russell works with David Harris and Paul Russell in the Real Estate team.

Acting for both landlords and tenants in these lease negotiations, sellers and buyers in sales and acquisitions and banks providing secured lending facilities. Russell has wide ranging experience in a variety of commercial property matters.

Russell’s clients have included a well known private investment company, a national retailer and a multi national developer. Russell advised on property portfolio management, a letting scheme for a prestigious mixed use development in Leeds and advising developers specifically on title issues for a proposed mixed use scheme in Doncaster.

Prior to training as a solicitor Russell qualified as a manager for a major high street retailer.

Russell lives in Doncaster and has family connections in the Gainsborough area.

Russell is a season ticket holder at Doncaster Knights and a keen follower of the town’s football and rugby league teams.
